Our Story: What's in a Name Who/What/When/Where/Why/How Vision

VISION

Core Ideology

Core Ideology defines the enduring character of an organization - its self-identity that remains consistent through time and transcends product/market life cycles, technological breakthroughs, management fads, and individual leaders. - James C. Collins, author of "Built to Last" & "Good to Great".

Core Values

The core values of TLP Foundation are what we use to guide us in fulfillment of our vision. They require no external justification, but are values that we all share as members of this corporation.

The values that we hold dearest to us are as follows:

  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Desire to make a difference in the life of a child suffering from cancer
  • Commitment to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in fulfilling our duties
  • Accountability

Core Purpose

The core purpose of TLP Foundation can be defined as our fundamental reason for being.

Our core purpose is to keep kids battling cancer positive and upbeat, and most importantly happy as they fight this disease which knows no age boundaries.

Vision

To be able to fund and expand all of our programs, so that we may one day be able to reach out and touch all childhood cancer victims living or being treated in the Eastern Ontario & Western Quebec region.

When you treat the disease sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but when you treat the patient you win every time.
